App policy effective date: September 27, 2026. The app policy below is the policy already published at FlipFinds Privacy Policy on Google Sites.

FlipFinds is operated by Paras Digital LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains what information FlipFinds handles when you use the mobile app and its optional cloud features.

Information we handle

  • Inventory and account information. You can enter item names, descriptions, categories, prices, sales details, and photos. Inventory is stored on your device. If you connect Cloud Save, inventory records are also sent to our Firebase project so they can sync with your account. Firebase Authentication handles your sign-in and may provide us with your email address and account identifier. You may sign in with email, Google, or Apple; Apple may provide a private relay email address.
  • Cloud photos. If cloud photo backup is enabled for your account and build, the app may upload compressed item photos to our Firebase-hosted backup service. Photos selected for AI recognition are sent to our processing service and Google’s AI service for recognition, whether or not Cloud Save is connected.
  • Subscriptions and purchases. Apple or Google handles payment. RevenueCat processes subscription and entitlement information, such as your plan, purchase, renewal, cancellation, and restore status. We do not receive your full payment-card number.
  • App usage and device data. Depending on the app version you use, Firebase Analytics may record app opens, sessions, screens viewed, and selected actions such as creating an item, viewing the paywall, and using Cloud Save. When enabled, analytics may use an app instance identifier and, when you sign in, your Firebase account identifier. We do not intentionally include item titles, photos, email addresses, or raw error messages in our custom analytics events. Google AdMob and related platform services may collect device, app activity, and ad performance data under their own policies.
  • Support messages. If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, and support identifier.

How we use information

We use this information to operate the app, save and sync inventory, provide photo backup and AI recognition, verify Pro access, respond to support requests, measure app use, improve reliability, and display and measure ads. We do not sell your personal information.

Services involved

We use Firebase and Google services for sign-in, cloud storage, analytics, AI processing, and ads; RevenueCat for subscriptions; Cloudflare for parts of our app’s processing services; and Apple or Google for sign-in and store purchases where you choose those options. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Your choices and deletion requests

You can use local inventory features without connecting Cloud Save. Disconnecting Cloud Save stops sync on that device but does not delete inventory already stored in your cloud account. Uninstalling the app removes local app data but does not necessarily remove cloud records, subscription records, or provider analytics data.

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with your account, contact support@parasdigital.net. Please include enough information for us to identify your account without sending passwords or payment-card details. We will explain what we can remove and what must be retained by a store or service provider.

Security and retention

We use account-based access controls and service-provider safeguards to protect information. No internet service can guarantee complete security. Information is retained as needed to provide the service and meet applicable obligations. The time that a service provider keeps analytics, purchase, or ad data may differ from the time we keep inventory and account data. Contact us for information about a specific record or deletion request.

Children

FlipFinds is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the app changes. We will post the revised policy with a new effective date. For questions or privacy requests, contact support@parasdigital.net.

Website analytics

On flipfinds.net, Google Analytics loads only after you choose Allow analytics. With your permission, it measures pages visited, campaign links, general browser/device information, calculator use, and clicks to the app stores. Analytics cookies can distinguish visits. Calculator amounts and inventory details are not included in our calculator events; a completed event means a valid estimate was displayed, not that an item sold or an app was installed.

Your choice is saved in this browser. You can change it using Analytics settings at the bottom of any page. Choosing No thanks stops future Google Analytics collection on this website. The site also uses existing anonymous page and click counters, which request a counter service without sending calculator amounts or inventory details. Those requests expose normal connection information to that service. The Google Analytics choice controls Google Analytics, not these existing counters.
